Adds 16 distinct letters in 29 forms, only loses ф.

Manually transcribed the image of Slavonic (hopefully correctly),
featuring obsolete letters (yat, yus, ou both monographic and digraphic)
and diacritics including U+0483 titlo and U+2DED es with pokrytie.
